Eric Atwood

Eric brings more than 20 years experience to his work as a facilitator, coach, consultant, speaker, and communications expert.

He has supported the design and delivery of leadership and resilience programs for organizations in North America and New Zealand, including Adobe, Cisco, Bank of America, Datacom, DHL, NASA, NZ Earthquake Commission, NZ Aid, Fletcher Building and Huhtamaki. 

He has also been involved in several large-scale change initiatives requiring communications and training programs for government officials, leaders, supervisors, and employees.  He most recently served in the North Shore City Council in New Zealand as their Internal Communications Manager during a historic change to create a “Super City” government structure.  This two-year initiative involved intensive collaboration across key stakeholders to develop communications to support more leadership and employee resilience during organizational change.

Eric has held managerial and directorial roles for organizations in government, technology, manufacturing, law, health and wellness, professional services, and non-profit.

He has facilitated programs for hundreds of individuals and companies in San Francisco, Atlanta and New Zealand.  He has also coached government officials, politicians, executives, managers, employees, and entrepreneurs.

Eric has a B.A. in English from the University of California, Riverside, a Marketing Communications certificate from San Jose State University, and a Facilitation certificate from Speaking Circles® International.

He has lived in seven countries and travelled to almost 50, bringing a deep understanding and appreciation of people and cultures to his work and his life.  He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
