Instructional Designer, Facilitator and Coach
Sheryl Lee is an instructional designer, workshop facilitator and executive coach with more than 20 years experience working with individuals and teams to move them into action. She works with The Leaders Studio to design and deliver powerful material to increase their resilience, efficiency, teamwork and leadership capacity at all levels.
Her areas of expertise include leadership, management, strategic planning, communication skills, customer services and sales training. Most recently, Sheryl managed planning, execution and delivery for an executive team leading transformative organisational change at Cisco.
Sheryl’s expertise in training, instructional design, change management and team leadership has been finely tuned in managerial and consulting positions at companies such as Cisco, Brocade and Creative Labs. As a trusted business partner, Sheryl assists individuals and teams to set clear goals, communicate powerfully and develop new skills needed to achieve desired long-term results. She carefully aligns material with specific organisational and team needs to foster collaboration, navigate change and drive productivity.
Sheryl has a B.A. in Anthropology from UC Berkeley and has completed graduate business courses at Santa Clara University and San Jose State University.
